Chef Ramsay visits a "high end" Bistro in Lighthouse Point, FL. British born chef, Andy Trousdale, has spent his entire adult life training and working under a variety of chefs. After living in the Caribbean for years, Andy met his wife, Elin, and was ready to try his luck stateside and open a restaurant of their own. He and his wife decided to take over a restaurant called Le Bistro, which they decided to overhaul the menu and have been unsuccessful trying to attract customers on a regular basis. Stubborn chef and owner Andy doesn't respond well to Gordon's criticisms and tempers flare.
